To support our waste management services, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of:

Geocycle Sales Executives

Responsibilities:
To contribute to the current sales targets of Geocycle waste management services. To support the waste management market development plan for Geocycle

Requirements:
Education :
    Bachelor degree in Technical (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business

Experience :
    Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in selling of services. Preference will be given to experience in selling waste management services.
    Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organisation.
    Experience in dealing with customers and relevant government agencies.
    Previous experience in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing, serving accounts and developing new accounts.
    Previous experience in developing and managing waste  service contracts

Computer literacy :
    Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes

Language :
    Fair command of English language will be an added advantage.

Other qualification / skills :
    Good presentation and communications skill
    Good negotiation skill
    Working knowledge of environmental and waste managements regulations
    Waste management business experience will be an advantage
    Negotiation and presentation skills (Good written and oral communication skills).
    Able to develop solutions to prospects/customers by understanding their needs and issues; working individually and as a team player to provide the best solution to customers

Location :
    Narogong (Bogor) - office (require mobile position when visiting customers)

Railway Team Leader
Responsibilities:
This position exists to manage the delivery cement by train to warehouses from loading process, on the way to warehouse until arrival at warehouses is running well, secure, good quality and quantity, to keep warehouses stock cement availability, while coordinate relevant operational and PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI) to ensure customer satisfaction with efficient operational cost. This function also manage the task force meeting for improvement between Logistic, PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI), Warehouses and Production Dept and including ISO and Rail Way Maintenance.

Requirements:

* Education : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma all major
* Experience : Good understanding on rail operation, min. 3 years work experience, Good understanding on dispatching process from wagon loading point (packhouse) until delivery to the customer (warehouses), min. 3 years work experience, Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, dispatch process; min. 3 year work experience

LOGISTIC OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
Location : Cilacap

Scope of works:
This position is responsible to plan and take control for daily cement, clinker delivery operational by utilization sub contractor’s truck and validate weight of receiving material.
Controlling activity is coverage into scheduler, dispatcher, validation, and weighbridge.

Requirements:
