Responsibilities:
The Medical Representative is responsible for the implementing sales activities in his/her area of responsibilities. The incumbent will implement the division's sales/marketing plan in his/her area to assure maximum distribution and market penetration of division's products within. The incumbent ensures consistent sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
Male/Female, age max. 30 years old
Hold min Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with any discipline.
Preferably having minimum of 1 year experience working as Medical Representative from Pharmaceutical Industry background.

Plant Engineer

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Plant Reliability, you will analyze the reliability of equipment; optimize component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner to determine optimal repair/change out intervals in the short to medium term; provide equipment health recommendation and follow up recommendation to be action by site plant operation; monitor health activity include items such as oil analysis, filter cutting, magnetic plug inspection, VIMS/ET/MIC/VHMS data analyst, etc.; generate guidance to the onsite staff assigned to assist; generate report; cause of failure and identify appropriate actions to prevent future failure.

Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager you will ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved; communication and reporting; analysis of electrical installation and components condition; ensure that all HV electrical installation, including transformers, switch gear and overhead lines are maintained as per acceptable standard; ensure all Lighting Protection at TCI sites are install and maintain, Loading all HV electrical test and service into JDE; monitor Belt Scale Calibrations from sites to enforce appropriate standards; ensure the correct safe work procedures are in place and used when troubleshooting breakdowns, failures and planned work.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Senior High School, tertiary degree from Electrical Engineering is preferred; 10 years experiences in electrical repair, installation, design and supervision in the mining or related industry to comply with Australian standards; Have previous experience in budgeting and quality control. The candidate should have people handling skills, diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repair; ability to draw and design electrical installation; knowledge of design and electrical installation and inspection to meet with Australian standards. MANAGER CUSTOMER SALES - EXPLORATION (BASED IN BALIKPAPAN or JAKARTA, JO 30671)
Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
* The role of the Workshop Supervisor is to ensure efficient repair of Sandvik and the client s equipment, by guiding technical staff through correct refurbishment, fitting procedures and as per Sandvik repair procedures.
* Co-ordinate the carrying out of planned maintenance in workshop, the repair of equipment and components with product support Manager and Aftermaket Manager.
* Update repair of equipment on a daily basis internally via WIP.
* Assist in the planning of work, inventory and resources.
* Audit repairs being carried out by technical personnel for quality and compliance.
* Ensure completed exchange components are returned to warehouse in a timely manner, all tooling used in repair of equipment is suitably maintained and checked for safe operation as required.
* Strict quality control of fitting and repair procedures must be followed and implemented.
* Participation in safety improvement activities and setting highest standard of personal safety.
* Report all accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately and complete all relevant documentation.
Your profile:
* Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years experience in surface mining.
* Self-motivate, willing to learn new technology, able to lead a small team with a minimum supervision.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Technical aptitude and ability in SMC equipment.

PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER (BASED IN BALIPAPAN, JO 307259)
Key responsibilities:
* He/She is responsible for aftermarket support of Rotary and Top Hammer Drill parts, Underground equipment and mobile fixed plant equipment, service exchange components and also sell the service and rebuild capabilities of our Customer Service Centres.
* Provide documentations and reporting on Installations, service and repairs of Rotary Drill applications when required.
* Assess and improve service skill and performance for the customer. This includes organizing Product Training for service personnel for the respective products.
* Responsible for the customer satisfaction and equipment performance over its lifetime. This needs to include responsibility for appropriate supporting Information on service procedures, service recommendations and parts lifetime. And developing direct customer relationships with key clients and to help their teams to trouble shoot technical problems.
* Keeping up to date in relation to competitor product development and competitor product performance.
* To provide regular internal and external feedback to Sandvik personal. This will include internal updates of the Sandvik factory feedback system and providing significant input into strategic plans for the continued developing training program for service personnel.
* Collect all information related to the Service and Product, ensuring that Service and product performance levels and specifications meet customer requirements.
* Assist with site dissemination of technical bulletins and alerts for all SMC products.
* Assist in the development of budgets and business plans.
* Monitor parts usage patterns and liaise with Parts Manager & Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items
Your profile:
* Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Mining with at least 5 -10 years experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
