Customer Service Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Perform redemption/loyalty program activities and survey activities to succeed
Advertising and Promotions Department projects
Provide required service activities at Customer Service counters according to Grand Indonesia's required standard to ensure that all customer and tenant have access of information and assistance, and handling complaints
Perform tenants database, event and exhibition maintenance activities to update information adn support advertising and Promotion Department's project and mall's activities
Check and update of the loyalty program database
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Command good knowledge in use of computer
Honest, have pleasant personality and well-groomed
Being a team player and good interpersonal skill
