Strategic Management Officer (Code: SMO)
(Sepanjang, Sidoarjo)

Responsibilities:
Reviewing, developing, monitoring, and evaluation of corporate strategic plans and business strategic plans to support achievement of company goals

Requirements:
Male / female, maximum 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
Having 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in consumer goods company and understand the business processes
Having good knowledge in balance scored card and already been implemented
Active, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo - East Java
