MECHANICAL ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
Work Location : Tangerang

Responsibility:
Ensures good execution of preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, availability of utilities, and good condition of buildings and civil works.

Requirements:
Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
Having minimum 3 years of solid experienced in maintenance of Utility and Production process equipment
Experience from food & beverages manufacturing is preferable.
Good understanding of SAP, Total Productive Management (TPM), ISO 9001 & 14000, HACCP is required.
Familiar in computer applications.
Proficient in English both oral & written.


MT - PACKAGING
Work Location: Mojokerto, East Java

Role & Responsibilities :
Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packing section.
Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.
Ensure the quantity to full-store according to the production plan and norms by overseeing and coordinating the packaging section, analyze, control materials flow, equipment, reports and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations.
Analyze, control, report and implement all necessary measures to ensure continuous improvement by maintaining efficient utilization of equipment, material and manpower.
Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.
Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.
To overcome the losses by using TPM approach.

Qualifications :
University graduates from relevant discipline ( Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Mechatronic Engineering )
Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines.
Has a strong Leadership.
Having knowledge of maintenance system would be an advantage.
Min. 3 years of solid experiences in packaging
Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
