A business English provider looking for a full-time Director of Studies to become a part of our exciting team. We are seeking applicants for the above position who have the ambition to participate in the growth and development of a dynamic company. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the ideal candidate.

DIRECTOR OF STUDIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Recruiting new teaching staff
* Providing on-going professional development programs for teachers
* Organizing lessons and covering for absent teachers
* Supporting a group of ESL teachers
* Observing teachers as well as giving staff appraisals
* Conducting placement tests

Requirements:

* Excellent command of English
* University graduate with an RSA CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent
* At least 2 years teaching a variety of business English courses
* Able to deliver fun and innovative lessons
* Computer literate
* Educationally minded

Personal Requirements:

* Able to work and think independently while able to work in a team
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
* Able to work under-pressure and adapt to change
* Able to communicate clearly
