Receptionist
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence. Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Meeting room arrangement & other general administration matters, variety of clerical duties, inclusive of assists in ordering, receiving, stocking & distribution of office supplies
Support in HR/GA/IM administration matters, ie. attendance report, GA data update & invoice, recruitment data & interview schedule, DD filing, leave record, My Voice administration, Card distribution (ID, Medical, Jamsostek, Pension), medical arrangement
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
Having knowledge on Ms Offices, reporting, documentation
Good written and communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal skills
Experiences at least 1 years in the same position, fresh graduate are welcome
