Logistic Operations Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
The on the job training program should make contribution to company results and ensure development of competencies for further career in Logistic and Distribution.
After successful evaluation, the trainee will be appointed in position with full responsibilities depending on his/her competency, interest and on the need of the company. The position should contribute to the future career path.

Requirements:
University graduates (S2) from Industrial Engineering or similar
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
It is an advantage if you have some relevant work experience in area of Logistic
Motivation to work in operational environment
Potential/experience in managing people
Good command in English is a must
Good computer skills
Have discipline and high integrity standard
Have result oriented way of working
Have structured and pro-active approach with respect to problem solving
Having growth potential towards future (operational) management position
