Call Center Officer

Requirements:
Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
Min Diploma 3 or S1 degree (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate (MS Office and internet application)
Able to work in shift and/or during holidays, and willing to extend working hour
Able to understand and speak English
Persuasive and target oriented
Able to manage emotional restrain & capable in handling complaint with empathy
A good team player but able to work independently
Willing to be place at Karawaci Office
