Roles and responsibilities for HR Organization Development Manager activities include creating, initiating, and developing strategy, process, budgeting as well as organization, and competency to facilitate and assist partners in building and maintaining organizational capability through people development (career development, people development, and training programs) in achieving high performance and productivity for sustained long term growth in line with company's objectives.
Requirements:
University degree with excellent results.
HR Generalist Background (Preferably from Banking & Consumer Goods Industry)
Current position Assistant Manager/ Manager
Male/Female 27 - 35 years old
Excellent business English.
Entrepreneurship and high flexibility
Energetic person with a strong drive for results.
Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Pro-active in asking the right questions and making the right decision
Good analytical skills, flexible and open minded
