better known as ANTV comes as Indonesia’s private television stations serving a variety of impressions of quality entertainment, interesting and add insight and knowledge of Indonesian society. At first ANTV is a local television station that broadcasts in Lampung and the surrounding region. We are currently seeking:

Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Requirements:

* Male / Female, age max 35 years
* Minimum S1
* Having experience minimum 5 (five) years in the same field
* Have knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA), evaluation of training and be able to create training programs
* Mastering the process of recruitment, selection, development and assessment of employees
* Have knowledge about the Job Analysis ,Job Evaluation ,Compensation and Benefit analysis
* Master of Labour Law in Indonesia
* enjoys working with numbers, detail and administrative
* Good communication and good cooperation
