HR & GA Assistant Manager
Requirements:
* Female/Male, max 30 years old.
* Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology.
* Experienced in Talent Management (recruitment, training & people development base on competency) and Industrial Relationship.
* Minimum Supervisory level for at least 3 years in FMCG Industry.
* Experience in interview technique, Psychological test tools, scoring and interpretation
* Solid communication skills, having exposure in multinational environment.
* Good command in English (spoken and written) is a compulsory.
* Good presentation skill
