Multinational Oil & Gas Company engaged in the Exploration & Production of West Kampar Block in Central Sumatera under PSC contract to BPMIGAS. Due to successful initial exploration effort and increasing exploration and development activities within the area, we are currently expanding our business and looking for highly qualified, competent and committed professionals to have better cereer and gain personal achievement for the following positions:

Legal Secretary (LS)
Corporate Secretary (CS)
Qualifications:

* Female 34 to 42 y.o.
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Law.
* Min. 10 years exp. as LS/CS in reputable corporation/Law Firm.
* Strong management & computer skill.
* Proficient in written & oral English.
* Competency in advance administrations, legal documents, legal contracts/agreements & negotiations.
* Knowledge in oil industry will be an advantage.
